Anyone who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or other conduct inconsistent with this policy is encouraged to bring the concern to the attention of Atlantic City Ballet. Reports will be taken seriously and reviewed as appropriate.

Atlantic City Ballet prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, raises a concern, reports suspected discrimination or harassment, participates in an inquiry, or otherwise exercises rights protected by applicable law.
